Initial Contact

  •  Our process begins with the customer reaching out to the solar company or consultant to express interest in solar energy and request a consultation which is usually done through a phone call, email, or online form.

  • We collect basic information from the customer, such as the location of the property, average energy consumption, and any specific requirements or preferences to understand the customer’s needs and determine the suitability of solar energy for their situation.

  • We conduct a site assessment to evaluate the property’s solar potential. This may involve analyzing factors such as the roof orientation, shading, available space, and structural considerations.

    Savings report

      • Based on the site assessment, we design a customized solar energy system that meets the customer’s energy needs. This includes determining the appropriate size and capacity of the system, selecting the type of solar panels and other components, and considering any additional features or requirements.

        • Our company  prepares a financial analysis that outlines the costs and potential savings associated with the solar energy system. This includes estimating the available incentives or tax credits, projected energy savings, and the payback period or return on investment.

          Consultation

          • We present our savings report to the  customer, either in person or through a virtual meeting. We explain the system design, financial analysis, and benefits of going solar. The customer has the opportunity to ask questions, seek clarifications, and discuss any modifications or concerns.

          •  The customer reviews the savings report to consider the system design, financial analysis, and overall suitability for their needs.  Based on this evaluation, the customer makes a decision on whether to proceed with the solar installation. When the customer decides to move forward with installation forms will be sent via email to fill out to qualify the home.

          Installation

          •  Before the installation begins, we conduct a thorough assessment of the property to finalize the installation plan. This includes evaluating the structural integrity of the roof or ground area, confirming the electrical connections, and obtaining any necessary permits or approvals. We procure all the necessary equipment and components for the installation. This includes solar panels, inverters, mounting racks, wiring, and other necessary materials. The equipment is typically sourced from reliable manufacturers and suppliers.
          • It’s important to note that the specific solar proposal process may vary depending on the solar company and the complexity of the project. The process may also involve additional steps such as financing arrangements, utility interconnection agreements, and post-installation monitoring and maintenance services.

            Inspection

            • Inspection and connection: Following the installation, a final inspection is conducted by relevant authorities to ensure the system meets safety and quality standards. Once approved, the solar system is connected to the electrical grid, and any required utility interconnection paperwork is completed.
            • System activation and monitoring: The solar system is activated, and the homeowner can start benefiting from clean energy generation. Monitoring systems may be installed to track energy production, providing real-time insights into system performance and energy savings.

            • Ongoing maintenance and support: Solar companies often offer maintenance services to ensure the system operates efficiently over its lifespan. Homeowners can also rely on the solar company for technical support, warranty coverage, and assistance with any future inquiries or system expansions.
